Are you sick of feeling sick and tired?

I was too.

Why Healthy Habits?

A habit is something done repeatedly, and oftentimes, it is done enough that it becomes second nature. Intentionally or unintentionally, we all have habits. Unfortunately, many of our habits and subconscious choices are causing our health to rapidly decline. However, it’s not enough to break a bad habit; we have to replace it with a good habit.

Creating all new routines can be overwhelming, and it can take up a tiresome amount of brain power. That is where Healthy Habits comes in. Healthy Habits is a program that looks for the root cause of your symptoms and integrates habits that will combat the stressors in your life causing metabolic dysfunction. You will receive not only tools for success, but you will be mentored and encouraged as you create healing habits that will become second nature for you and your family.

Nutrition

There is no debate that our Standard American Diet is destroying us. It is vital that we move away from GMO and processed foods, and return to eating organic whole foods that will repair and restore our bodies.

Movement

Exercise promotes proper circulation, assists in digestion, stimulates detoxification, strengthens our immune system, and aids many other physiological systems. Movement must be integrated with nutrition.

Sunlight

This is a simple, but incredibly important healing mechanism! To name a few, proper sunlight helps regulate your hormones, strengthens your immune system, aids in better sleep, and prevents disease.

Water

Did you know that your tap water is loaded with heavy metals and toxins? Unfiltered (or partially filtered) water is a HUGE contributor to chronic sickness. See what’s in your water on the EWG water database.

Sleep

In the midst of our busy schedules, sleep seems to get put on the back burner. However, sleep plays a key role in the healing process of our bodies. We must prioritize sleep if we want to live healthy lives.

Stress

Our inability to regulate stress leads to a host of metabolic problems, and we see the effects most quickly in our digestion, skin, mood and sleep. Creating rhythms to lower stress is a must for any healing plan.

Dr. Mark Hyman

“The body maintains balance in only a handful of ways. At the end of the day, disease occurs when these basic systems are out of whack.”

Dr. Casey Means

“Every bite you take is either feeding disease or fighting it.”
